New Seattle Flag Design

I feel like the current Seattle city flag should be redesigned.

The municipal flag of Seattle is teal and white, featuring the Seattle city logo (a portrait of Chief Seattle surrounded by two lines), with the words “City of Goodwill” above and “Seattle” below. It was designed by Seattle City Council member Paul Kraabel for the Goodwill Games and it was adopted on July 16, 1990.

My design still features the portrait of Chief Seattle. It uses the color of blue for the surrounding water and green that represents the lush forests. The 3rd element is a stylized spear that gives a nod to the maritime history that strongly characterized Seattle.
